new to electronic , need help with a parts list PLEASE !!!!

hi guys , i have a small project going and i am pretty much dumb when it comes to this stuff and i have no idea where to find my parts or how much they will cost , all i have is a set of plans and a parts list , here is my list , can anyone tell me where to get this stuff and maybe a price on what this stuff will cost

Many of these items will cost below $0.50 .. probably the most expensive one will be the hook-up wire, if you buy a roll of it ..
