Netscape Problem

I got the following message whenever I started Netscape under LINUX. Any clue how to solve this ? Thank !

Warning: the following hosts are unknown:

home.netscape.com
home6.netscape.com
internic.net

This means that some or all hosts will be unreachable.

Perhaps there is a problem with your name server?
If your site must use a non-root name server, you will
need to set the $SOCK_NS environment variable to point
at the appropriate name server. It may (or may not) be
necessary to set this variable, or the SOCK host
preference, to the IP address of the host in question
rather than its name.

Consult your system administrator

Re: Netscape Problem

check the DNS setting, Proxy setting.

Re: Netscape Problem

problem is that you can access internet......if you u using lan then check DNS server seting.......if problem is not solved then ask admisistrator to add your host name to DNS server and ask him to give u a fixed IP not DHCP.

Re: Netscape Problem

Don't forget to check the Network Connection (like Ethernet Jack)
