Hi, can i use .net micro framework for on custom made board? I dont want netduino or simillar boards. I saw that the framework support STM32 ARM microcontrollers but on some evaluation kits. I want to make my own pcb design with one of supported microcontrollers and run .net code on it. Is this possible?

Currently the .NET Micro Framework supports primarily the ARM7, ARM9 and ARM Cortex-Mx architectures with some past support for the Analog Devices Blackfin for C# and VB.NET languages.

In theory, it can be ported to other microcontroller architectures utilizing the NETMF Porting Kit which is freely downloadable from the following website:

.NET Micro Framework

Therefore, yes if the microcontroller architecture of your design is supported or you care to port the device specific software to another architecture you can design and produce your own development board.
