Neocell error while synthesizing a layout

Neocell question

Hello!
Has anybody experience with Neocell?
I have some problems with layout synthesis.
When i try to place components to layout editor (NeoCell)
the following message occur:
"Placer functionality unavailable"
At the same time Router work well.
What a problem?
