I have a -15V 0 +15 supplies and i want to convert it to -5v 0 +5

please can u help

It depends on the current you require, but the LM7805 and LM7905 are worth looking at.

Based on the current op neede by you go for lm78s05 or lm78a05

is it important to release a trimmed circuit figured in the LM7905 datasheet? or I put the regulator simply with capacitors ?
