Need your help for basic OP amp

Dear all. I need a basic op amp to use as a buffer, but i dont know how to design it. i'm from electrical, i need your help. If u can help me, please give the the tutorial how to hand calculate it. i can study step by step from that one. Thank you so much.

select OP_AMP (LM124) from any manufacturer....... with less off-set voltage. connect input "+" pin of op-amp and connect "-" to output. For schematic follow following link
