Need to WORK WITH SIMULINK AND TO INTERFACE THE SERIAL PORT

Hello guys ,

Can anyone guide to inteface the serial communication to the MATLAB simulink. And to my project i would like to inteface the real ADC to the simulink for control system design. So guys can anyone help me how to start and where to start for this.
