PCF8583 HELP~!

I'm already able to write/read date & time from the PCF8583.
Now my current problem will be
I need to store the date and time into the free RAM of the PCF8583.

The time and data has already been set in the memory location 00 to 06.
How can I store the date and time into the free RAM after memory location 10??
As the bulit-in address register is incremented automatically after each written/read data byte.
Meaning how can I "Jump" to memory location 10 to store the date and time without writing data into the memory location before 10?

I apologise for my poor english causing any misunderstanding.
I appreciate alot for any help given.
Thank you :)
