I ones needed such a Transistor. At that time I figured out that it is not the j6812. Probably it is this one.

J6812=FJAF6812 from Fairchild.

1 I have this transistor and I do not know whitch one is emittor base and colector.
2 I don't know how to measure it.

It is probably this one:

Try to meassure it as a normal transistor. A diode between base and emitor and a diode between base and collector.

base-colector is an equivalent of a diode, but base-emitor is death
