Hi , why don't you refer to the EDC text book, you will find the solution if you have the concept of it.
 

I do hope that you are not asking anyone to do your homework for you!

If you studied basic semiconductor science then you would know the answer to these questions. May I suggest that you study an semiconductor text book so that you understand the answers (instead of being told the answers)?
I think that will help you much more than someone here telling you.
