Need replacement of SMD transistor in METEX M-4660M

I have these bad SMD transistor in METEX M-4660M Q9,Q10 &Q11 and it's number is KY& AAX can any one tell me the replecment of these transistor or have the wiring diagram ?

KY could be this N channel FET: 2SK211-Y in an SOT23 package or 2SK811-Y in SOT323 package. KY can also be a supressor diode SMBJ11 in SMB package
AAX could be a Maxim MAX810S in SC70 package

But you'd better try to find a schematic....

But I dont find them can I replace the 2sk 211 with 2n7002

any one have the schematic
