2n6233

I couldn't find 2N6233 transistor locally. I need to find a replacement for it. Any idea wich transistors can be a good replacements?

2N6233 is a part of a bridge driver which drives a motor with switching act. Input to the bridge is a rectangular signal and cause 2 of the four legs of the bridge to be on in each cycle.

replacement for 2N6233?

MJE5852 is flat and MJ15025 is too big. I found 2N6077 and 2N6079 better replacement. Please welcom to advice if you have any comment.
