Does anyone know a good programmer for 32 pin PLCC EEPROMs with pcb and software?

Maybe you should consider a programmer with 40-pin ZIF socket anf then buy or make an adapter that can take 32-pin PLCC chips ..

I only have prgrammers for PIC....
