Need pin configuration of SMD transistor in SOT23 package

I have a PCB which requires smd transistors in SOT23 package but the problem is the pin configuration. Standard SOT23 transistor has the following configuration:
1 = B
2 = E
3 =C
I need:
1 = E
2 = B
3 =C
Does someone know of SOT23 npn transistors with this pin configuration?

I don't think you will find one ..
However, if the quantity you require is small, I would use standard SOT23 transistors, place them on a flat surface upside-down, bend these tiny "legs" down and mount them, well, upside-down ..

Since it's SOT23 package, you can use a precision long-noise plier to carefully bend the B and E pins slightly at an angle of about 45° (you can't bend exactly right-angle else the pins will break).

Use fine wires such as ones used in wire-wrapping which is only 0.5mm in diameter, with the help of fine soldering iron, join the bent pins to the solder pads on the PCB board.

You might need someone's help to use a plier to hold the SOT23 package for you because it is so small and the tip of the solder iron will stick to the SOT23 package.
