Need matched diode pair recommendation.

Looking for a matched diode pair, one for reference, the other for measurement. Must be on the same die and preferably interdigitated so that they both have the same temperature. Ideally neither cathode or anode shared, if one is shared, it should be the anode (+ve node).

Main diode needs to carry 2 Amps peak, 100mA DC typical.

Ooops, let me refine the details:
2 Amps peak pulse current,
500mA peak DC current.

I don't mind using several in parallel. The fairchild one is good, except the diodes aren't interdigitated or cross-quad, so there is no matching specification.

Good start though, I'll see if I can trace some similar parts from both Philips and fairchild.
