hi can anybody give me the link for complte win avr studio for in C

Atmels's AVR Studio only contains an assembler. Download link:

To program in C you'll additionally have to install a GNU compiler. Get it here:
http://gcc.gnu.org/
or for a complete package here:
http://winavr.sourceforge.net/
