i have made 2,3 isp programmer. but 2 isp programmer doesnt work. and but 1 isp prog work.but its give me error normally . i have been tried to use and check it again and again.

if somebody have good and easy isp programmer ckt.as well as easy to use. so plz share with me. i really need it.urgent.

i have used this ckt. and i was able to only 1 time program through this. after that i wasn't able to program again my microcontroller 8051.thats why i left it after checking again and again. n i didnt found any mistake from my side.
 

why? what happen to your controller? that programmer is working...
I have also another version of it. got it from somewhere in google. give me some time to post it..

Hi,

when programming these device

20 pin devices:
AT89C2051, AT89S2051

40 pin devices:
AT89C51, AT89C52, AT89S51, AT89S52.


have you tested it in C version not S?

Ya one thing:
i have tested it on at89s52/51 .. for c version micro's you will need a parallel programmer or try this :-
proload-5-4.zip attachment. .

only s series can be programmed via ISP .. it will work on at89s2051 as well. .
if you only need to program at89s52/2051 i.e. S series then i will suggest you to go for EZ_ISP(in my previous post) because it is lot more easier to build.. But if you need to program at89c series as well then go for Proload...

One thing More all these programmers posted by me uses serial port .. if you dont have parallel port which is mostly not present in new computers you can use these .. moreover parallel ports are not present in laptops so its better to make a serial programmer, use usb to serial converter for laptops(if you dont have serial port in desktop computer Buy it)!!! looks like this :

 


I prefer to use the S series micros.. programmers are easy to build.. I have it personally . DIY version

Of course S series is newer, and easier to program, and its easy to Build a programmer for this series!!!

I know this ISP programmer should work .

I believe that the thread starter is using new PC which is parallel port is 3.3v.. in this case buffer should be used for proper programming.
 

for your ckt i need a one more microcontroller for isp programmer and as well as need to burn the isp 1st from any shop.and as well ckt will become little complicated.
but romel_emperado ckt is simple.but her ckt is not working. i have try both of her ckt.

so plz suggest what should i have to do.ur ckt or romel_emperado ckt ??????????????

my programmer were tested for more than 100 at89s51/2 chips I dont believe it's not working

you should check your parallel port first is it working ??
The circuit at Amoviezz.BlogSpot.com: Electronic Stuff is fine if your parallel port is working. . go for it
The second circuit just above this post will also do .. now its upto you, i will suggest you first find which ic is available to you 74HCT541 or 74LVC244 )
