Which version are you using? If you have version 10 it comes with a good tutorial in the Examples Directory (typically C:\ISE_TCAD\tcad\10.0\Example_Library\ISE_Training).
If not you can request a training package from ISE. I do not know if this seperate package is still available since Synopsis has bought ISE.
