Need help with encryption algorithms

Hello all. I am facing a little problem in the last two weeks.
I have downloaded the content of an eeprom and I need the data inside it. The controller was writing thoose daya encrypted. I know exactly the output data format. Since I have no experience with compression algorithms , any clue would be greatly appreciated

Encryption and Compression are two different things. What algorithm is in the question? I have worked on both of these so maybe I can help.
