i need a dead time circuit to avoid “shoot-through” faults in my grid tie three phase inverter where short may be occur between 2 mosfet . that circuit will be between pwm source and mosfet gate drive(hcpl3150).switching speed 20Khz. hope someone can help..

Hi ceciputz,
If you are using a PWM IC, maybe that has a dead time control in it. Or you can use a MOSFET driver like IR2110 which lets you add deadtime.

IR2110 is generating a small positive deadtime (e.g. 25 ns) by it's asymmetric delay. But in many designs, a
external monoflop or a suitable deadtime generation in the PWM controller is required.
