Hello All;
I am working on a circuite to step up a 5 vdc digital signal out put to a 12vdc signal for an input into an automotive ECU, there is not the need for any significant amperage, voltage potential is more what the ECU is looking for. I have found an RF transistor that is clasified as 12vdc, at 27Mhz, I only need 10Khz absolute max freq. I know that I will need a pull down resistor on the output. but it has been a long time since my last attempt to design. lol all I need is as simple and as few components as possable, since it is in an automotive application. any help would be appreciated.
