Why do you want to use TSRs now a days ?

Do you know they work only in real mode DOS ?

this is a tsr code in assemby i wrote 7 years ago.
it works very good. it's a screen saver program.
the rar file contains both the asm and the exe file
run the exe file in windows command prompt or dos (not from windows itself because after termination and staying resident windows terminates the window)

i'm sure it helps!.
