Need help to observe output characteristic on proteus

I am actually supposed to simulate the design attached below and observe the output characteristic on the oscilloscope for different values of base current on proteus. Anyway, what exactly I m looking for is this: https://imgur.com/a/zfvwk . But I couldn't do it because there is no display mode or such on proteus' oscilloscope. I m not familiar with this software so much so I need help.
Besides, I couldn't find a simple way to determine type of an transistor apart from using multimeter which is not possible on proteus as far as I know. Please correct if I m wrong. Thanks in advance!
