Hello,
I am new to this TSMC 40nm pdk and they have plenty of device options.
For example, for a 1.8V nominal vt device,
I have options:
nch25ud18
nch25ud18_dnw_mac
nch25ud18_dnw_macx
nch25ud18_mac
nch25ud18_macx
nch25ud18x
I am actually trying to design an high speed op-amp and I am not sure about the difference between all these transistors.
Please help!
