I want to integrated a switched capacitor converter on one IC chip.
The input is an AC voltage3~10VAC.Output voltage is a constant DC voltage about 2V DC.
1.I will use a simple voltage mode feedback to stabilize output voltage
2.How to improve the efficiency in a standard CMOS process?
Please give me some advices about the methods improve the efficiency and good topologies to realize this IC.
Thank you!
