need help on broadband bias

Hi
how can i build bias for broadband Amp.
let's say the bandwidth is 1Ghz (op. freq. 1GHz to 2GHz)

use quter lamda of 1.5 and good cap with low esr and large size or cap "(that look like taper, i dond know his name)

:oops: ha it's the same way like build a matching net. in balanced amplifier
