Can someone help me with a lumped element model of a N-Channel Depletion Mode MOSFET? One that doesn't have the body diodes in it (being used as a switch).

If someone can post the schematic or a drawing it would be greatly appreciated.

I found this one and I guess I can just remove the diodes. I would be shorting the body to the source.

I know all the values, can calculate them, but I don't know how to use the Idrain in the model. That would have to be set to an equation for drain current (depletion equation)? If so, how do I do that in spice, i.e. make that a voltage controlled current source?

Any help would be appreciated!
