Both STM32H7 and EVAL-AD5541 support communication via the SPI interface. My problem is specifically how to communicate between them. The EVAL-AD5541 board uses the SDP standard connector as the only input port with SPI pins labelled in the User Guide. How do I translate the STM32H7 SPI master output to be compatible with this port? Are there any connectors available, which can help out here?

Not sure what your issue is. SPI is a protocol, it doesn’t care what connectors or what voltage or currents are used. What is it you think you need to “translate”?

Your first statement is puzzling: (they) “support communication via SPI” “how to communicate between them”? Didn’t you just say they use SPI to communicate???
