Need help in Supermax DDE

Hi All,

i have just started with Supermax DDE(as in my new company this is the only tool they have).
I need some tutorial or any document which can give me an idea about its basic functionality, commands and shortcut keys.

i was in your situation myself. you can thank mentor graphics for buying this nice program then promptly dropping support. your company should consider a new program since this is no longer supported. sorry about your situation. i can definitely relate

But we are still using and has some boards to be completed on this tool so If you have any document or any other help you can provide because we have to use this tool for some more time.
Do you have anu tutorial?

hi all,

I still ahve some doubts in DDE though I am able to layout but there are some issues in library making and gerber generation.

Does anybody know this tool?

I heard that Mentor Graphics Expedition may have either included DDE as a subset, or just integrated some of its features. If they did indeed integrate it as a subset of Expedition, maybe you can sign up to do a trial and you could possibly get all the documentation. Maybe an Expedition user can comment on this? I don't know the program, but just heard from a coworker who used in his last job.

I no longer have any DDE documentation, but I heard that there is a place in Denmark that somehow still sells it. I put some inquiries out there to find more and hope to have good news for you

For the tutorial that you provided but unfortunatley the version I am using seems to be an earlier version to the tutorial you have provided.
I have a similar documnet for the version I am using but is of not much help.
Do you have some extra documents on the same if you have kindly send me.
