I wanna design an instrumentation amplifier for pressure sensors.

does anyone can give some imformation about it ?

Hi, it all depends on how good your sensors are and what you want to do. In some cases an ordinary LM358 is more then good enough. For the low priced version some examples can be found in data sheets of opamp manufacturs.
For example:
