It's impossible. Because there is one equation and two unknowns. You should have another equation to find rho independent of m.
 

Hi Shruti01,

Your problem is not clear for me.
The roots of the polynomial are (at least in the general case) dependent of: a, b, c, d, r, s, t, u and m.
Is there any additional information or constraint?
