Hi, i have a problem in designing a constant Gm bias circuit.
I use a current mirror, a pair of NMOS with different ratio of W/L and an on-chip resistor in the circuit.
I put all transistors in saturation. The dc current simlation shows a PTAT property. In my opinion, however, it should be indepent of temperature.
What is the matter of my design? And how can i get the circuit indepent of temperature? Pls. help me.
Thanks
