Need help identifying / finding data for this part

I have several of these, not sure where & when I got them. I have a hunch they're delay lines. I want to find a datasheet for them.

I've searched everywhere for the strings of letters / numbers without luck. They're 14 pin devices ... a bit thicker then typical ICs.

Karl, honest, I've spent a lot of time searching. I know you'd want me to do that before asking

Dual in line, ICs....with a bit of text on them.... My google fu failed me too

If they are passive delay lines you can probably measure a fixed resistance between pins with the same value seen when the meter probes are reversed.

Or it is used on the radio?
