Need Help! HPA design steps n 1dB gain compression

Hi All,
I am desgning a power amplifier with an output power of 21 dBm is required. The gain reuired is 14 dB. Please help me if have to design it as a class A amplifer?

How could i find 1 dB gain compression at my desired frequency as my FET data sheet provide 1dB gain compression at 4.00 GHz and i need it at 2.4 Ghz.

An easy step by step help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
