heat energy with mass flow rate

Hi,

I have a problem here, I am trying to find the heat energy rate and I have the following dataset.

(U) change in thermal energy = ?
(m) mass flow rate = 0.15kg/s
(C) specific heat capacity = 500J/kgK
(T) change in temperature = 360K (where inlet 773K, outlet 413K)

Equation:
U = mCT (where m is mass)

So my question is if i put "mass flow rate" in place of mass will I get the thermal energy rate as the answer?

U = 0.15 * 500 (500 - 140)
U = 27000J/s (27kJ/s)

Thanks
