need help for a 555 timer project

good day.
i have the idea of "power failure and power resumption indicator/alarm" (using 555 timer) as my project. i have seen a power resumption circuitry. i'd like to use this concept but since this project only applies to the resumption of the power supply, can you please help me about modifying it.
