Need help finding an alternative IC ??

I am stuck in a design where i need two SiTI DM631 or DM633 Led drivers. Its very hard to find them in my country :-( even its not available in Farnell, Digikey And RS. Although it is available in some random Chinese site, i fear to purchase them on those sites. So any one knows a good alternative having near to same specs please suggest me. BTW the design is https://code.google.com/p/light-pack/.

ya i found it but the problem is it will cost me around 50 bucks (including shipping) which is pretty high for me :D all the other components for this project i've purchased from RSdeliver and farnell comes under 25$ . This one is giving me a hard time . anyways thank for your help. it would be better if u suggest me an alternative which i can find here in india. like in.element14.com or in.rsdelivers.com
