Hello
I am trying to design a class D amplifier and needs to find a way to generate a 2-500KHz sawtooth with approx 3v pk-pk, without using any generatorchip. I've tried searching the internet and simulated the circuits that I found, unfortunatly no one worked as I wanted

I will use the sawtooth to generate a PWM that will be amplified and then it will control the output FETs

Someone who has any suggestion?
/Oscar

Do you mean 2 Hz to 500 kHz, or 2 kHz to 500 kHz?

If ur using PSPICE to simulate a sawtooth generator i have a material.. jes a take a look at it.. it wud surely help u..

with regards,

using two comparators &a capacitor ,you can build a sawtooth wave.
