Hello.
Can anyone advise me on various way of amplifying a 40khz signal (5 Vp) to around 35-40V? Can i use a FET to do this? If so, how?
Thanks.

It is easy to make an amplifier with a gain of only 8 if it does not have a load.
Most of the important details of your required amplifier are missing.
