need help about camera module with omnivision chip

i am working on a robotic system that tracks objects.
i've few knowledge about image sensors.
i know some projects like mine called avrcam and cmucam on web. they all used omnivisions's ov6620 sensor.

is there any distrubitors selling this sensors as module ?
and please share your experiments or knowledges about this subject.

this is the camera module which is used in avrcam projects. It has digital output so can be interface to mcu easily. I dont think there are distributers in Turkey for this module. A german company sells this module on web.
