Need for solution of power module

Hello,experts
Currently I use power module CBS1004815 as my power supply unit.
But it is too expensive for my project budget.
I am seeking for a cheaper solution.
Requirement: 48V DC input and 15 DC output with max.power of 50Watt
Is it possible to setup a circuit by myself to fulfill the same functionality as CBS1004815?
Does there exist mature design scheme?
I need your help.
