Need design for H bridge

Hi to everyone,

Can any one help me out for design the hardware for Half and full H bridge, whose specification as below.

Switching speed :- 110 to 500Khz.
Voltage :- 19 to 100VDC.
Amp :- 4 to 25 Amps.

I am asking help for the H bridge because i don't have any experience for mosfet and driving. I am good in the microcontroller.

Please someone help me.

Your switching speed is quite high, is there a specific need for such a high frequency?

I assume that you will drive it with a microcontroller

You may want to use a simulator like PSpice (https://www.cadence.com/products/orcad/Pages/orcaddownloads.aspx) to simulate the circuit and finalize the rating for key devices. Start with behavior simulation and then add real life components like driver etc.
