i want to do diy a simple still digital camera,and using the cmos image sensor mb86s02(fujitsu),but i cann't find it's datasheet,anybody who have it can help me?

and most of the digital camera using what type cmos image sensor,i thing the mb86s02 is integrated with a lens,so it's very convenience.
if have any better and cheaper cmos image sensor(with lens or not),please tell me,discuss is welcome.
