Hello friends

i am doing M.tech
i having the miniproject
i like to do the project in RTOS
What r the projects IDEAS that r available in RTOS

i planned to do in device driver development
try to give any links to learn the device driver
plz. feel free to send ur ideas

If u have enough idea then u can write ur own scheduling mechanism and integerate with any existing RTOS ...like RTLinux.

go for VxWorks

instead you go for RTLinux i suggest you go for VxWorks . Make an application for Routers Tcp/Ip or others Vx Works has a great market . I think you ve alreadsy go thru UCOS II (thru Labrosee) .
if u r not interested in networks build an interuppt handling in Vx works or
if u want to go for hardware also go design RTOS for any UC 8051 any other
