need arduino gps library change 1pps outout

i need a gps library for arduino to set ublox gps module 1pps to other frequency like 10Khz 2Mhz 10Mhz ext.

So, it is not possible to send required string over serial port?
I have no desire to read whole article just to write you a couple lines of code.
You have to do it yourself, and when you encounter a problem, write a post here, with relevant code snippet.
BTW, you can modify the library that that you downloaded from somewhere.
