Need an IC for switching +15V and -15V by pulse signal

I need a help.
Need an IC for switching +15V and -15V by pulse signal like it has 2 inputs +15v and -15v and by some pulse it switched between one of its input.
the ouput shoud be atleast capable of 40V.
 

it is selection for selecting either +15v or -15 v
