Need a transistor with breakdown voltage of more than 300V

is there any transistor having a breakdown voltage of more than 300V?if there is could you give me any...please help...

Power Transistors are there for ur application. For more high voltage better go for MOSFET . it has different voltage capacity.

Try IGBT which gets the advantage of both the Bi-polar and MOSFET .
