Need a thinnest beeper/peizo speaker possible

Hi, I'm so interested with this beeper.. May I know where can I probably get it?

you can use the builtin speaker of Mobile phone nokia 1100 may be or you can use the one that comes in computer motherboards...

By the way, I am looking for the thinnest possible beeper/speaker as indicated by the picture. It is used for powered credit card. To be able to be as thin as a card, I think the built-in mobile phone speaker should be bigger than that.
Anyway, would be great to hear more feedbacks from everyone.

You can get one out of one of those sound recorder greeting cards or just buy from Mouser or
Digikey.
 

muRata makes a line of ultrathin piezo speakers, I have attached the datasheet. The 7BB-35-3 is only .53mm thick. Available from several part houses, just search for the part number:
