I need a subrstrate reference design for a BGA that I helping to design.
This BGA will be 484 pin 1mm pitch part. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, the package houses seem to be on a different time scale then our current needs. All the same it would be nice to get input from the community. This has been very helpful in the past.
