Passive or active?
I think active filters are better option ..
Attached is the schematic of 5-pole baseband video filter with group delay equalization ..

This passive filter has no group delay compensation, but if you would like to have this compensation you can replace the last 3-transistor amplifier with a buffer (same as the first stage) and add the group delay compensation identical to the one from the active filter option ..
